Antonio Salvador has extensive experience leading transformation processes in people management and technology in Brazil and abroad, at companies such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, where he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO), also encompassing the Technology and ESG areas, and as Chief Digital Officer, leading digital and e-commerce initiatives for the Pão de Açúcar and Extra brands.

He led Mercer’s Consulting business unit in Brazil and Mercer’s Digital Solutions for Latin America, and has served as an executive or consultant at major organizations such as Ambev, Promon, PwC, and IBM, in addition to having served as Chief HR Officer at PwC and Hewlett-Packard. 



He is an INSEAD-certified advisor and has served as a member of the IBGC Human Resources Committee, a board member at Saraiva Editores, a member of the Innovation & Digital Committee at Jamef Entregas Rápidas, and an operating partner at Globo Ventures for the Retail segment. He works as an angel investor in several startups focused on the future of work, such as Dialog, Comp, Pluggy, and Stay, and is an advisor to Beecorp, Kiip and benup. Outside of the technology world, and passionate about the world of wine, Salvador is a partner and board member at Cellar Vinhos.
