As a founding partner of Salva&CO, I bring over three decades of experience leading HR, technology, and digital transformation departments at companies such as IBM, HP, PwC, Mercer, GPA, and others, with global delivery. I serve as an advisor to large companies, invest in promising HRTechs, and advise startups and multinationals on the art of transformation.

Ultimately, Salva&Co exists because I believe that the future is not a destination; it is a daily process.
